It's officially out, now, and many of the speculative changes have fallen short. At first blush, it appears a legitimate normalization of all classes for PvP is underway, though I believe the general consensus is Druids are still OP. LOL!
Some things of note on the PvP tip: the elimination of diminishing returns on Honor Kills, instant honor calculations, and significant changes in WSG to shorten games.
PvE is getting some love, too. In addition to higher gold amount drops in the raids, many of the 5-person instances have been simplified.
Finally, and consider it a warning to those who have heavily modified UIs, there is this statement:

The Interface Options screen has been completely redesigned. AddOns that interact with the Interface Options screen will need to be updated.
