Let's be honest: there isn't any reason to spend any more time in Azeroth than is necessary. Sure, you can do multiple runs of Scarlet Monastary and Stratholme, but to what end? Blues that you'll end up vendoring as soon as you zone into Outlands? The acronym "BFD" immediately comes to mind.
Your best bet (not only for your gear, but for our progression as a guild) is to attain level 58 and jump into the Burning Crusade content. Once there, you'll have the entire guild at your disposal - each person's schedule permitting - to aid you in Instances and Quests.

So how do you get to level 58 in short-order? It's simple: Ask the higher level guildies for assistance with your quests or team up with the other lowbies in our guild. Trust me, even if you loathe questing, it will go super quick. Brad took Trostnation from level 1 to 58 in about 2 weeks, and Brandon already has Agatsuya to level 40.
I recommend hiring Chris' nephew to grind you to 70 for 20 bucks.
