Level 70s: What is the Next Step?

With my weekend aqcuisition of Dory's Embrace, Radd is quickly reaching the summit of the goals I had set forth for him. With the exception of the Vengeful Gladiator's Waraxe, I have all the gear I aspired to obtain. Trostnation is nearly full up on "her" PvP gear, as is Leighann. Dejantu is quickly closing out his purples, as well. Hell, Ielle has essentially two sets of Welfare Epics!
So I'll put the question out there: What's next? Some of us want to raid. Other wish to work on their alts. Then - of course - there is the Epic Mount gold grind. Maybe there's other options, as well? Post up and let's see what's next. I'd like to see a return to maybe some DrunkRuns in the near future (though, arguably, this would be nothing new to Brad... pwn!)

Drinking is just part of the game for me...I certainly don't need a dedicated night to it.
I have no desire to raid, but I am interested in Arena, Epic Mount gold Grind, lvl 50 mage alt and possibly some Heroics.

I would like to do some raiding. Finishing Kara and seeing what some of the other instances look like would be nice. I wouldnt mind getting my hands on teh uber healing shield from S3. And then there is always lvling up another alt.
But a drunk raid would be cool...we need to get Jess leveled up so she can come along considering she is the only other one in guild that is old enough to come along tho.
