Why We Rolled Horde
Saturday, February 23, 2008 by C. Carter
When Dannielle and I decided to re-up our accounts, the decision was made to reroll. Mike already having a level 60 on Bonechewer, invited us to the "dark side", but there were other reasons, too. Namely, we had all been Alliance already, and really didn't relish the thought of unwanted Akamanians from our collective past transferring with a, "hai /ginvite plz kk it's me," whisper.
One of the very pleasant surprises evident straight away was the level of assistance we received in-faction when faced with ganking issues or quest difficulties. Horde really does stick together better. It wasn't long before we also found out another perk of being Horde on this realm.
Horde utterly destroys in PvP here.
As a testament to this, I tracked down a City Raid ran back in December. From all accounts, Alliance asses were served on silver platters, although Bronzebeard is a complete badass. Enjoy!
My reasoning was much simpler. I just wanted to play wow with Chris and Danielle...
